AIBA President Dr Ching-Kuo Wu is in Lima, Peru, for two days of meetings of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Executive Board from 11-12 September. Among the items under discussion will be the progress of the Olympic Agenda 2020 including the ongoing movement towards gender equality, which will see two more women’s weight categories contested in the Tokyo Olympic Boxing Tournament. The IOC Session will then run from 13-16 September, including the formal awarding of the 2024 and 2028 Olympic Games.
