IBA is proud to announce the third edition of its ITO/R&J Evaluator/Instructor course, designed to prepare top-level officials with the skills and knowledge required to become a high-level official and educator. We recognise that Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is essential to the growth of our organization, especially for those eager to advance their careers and expand their professional expertise, IBA understands the need and requirements across all Confederations in respect to officials’ development. The organisation remains committed to supporting their officials’ development across all continents and sees this initiative as a cornerstone of our world-class education and training programs.

In continuity, the third course will be held in Assisi, Italy at the European Boxing Academy at the end of October (exact dates to be soon confirmed). Selected candidates from the senior cohort of IBA 3-Star Referee and Judges will be invited to attend the course, helping to strengthen both our officiating and instructional capacity.

IBA 3-Star R&Js who wish to apply for the course should meet the outlined eligibility criteria. Interested officials are encouraged to complete the online application form before September 26^th, 2025, 18:00 CET. Potential candidates will undergo vetting and experience checks before the final selection is announced.

We kindly remind all the interested parties that all IBA Educational Courses are provided free of charge. However, all accommodation and travel expenses should be covered either by the official´s National Federation or by the participant directly.
