The new semi-finals and finals schedule confirmed for the ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships

Following the huge blackout which hit the Central Asian countries including Uzbekistan on January 25, the fourth competition day of the ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships has been postponed.
The management of the Asian Boxing Confederation including with the local organizers of the ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships decided to change the schedule due to this situation. Mr. Ali Salameh, Mr. Shohid Tillaboev and the technical delegate  Mr. Viorel Sima confirmed the new schedule of the competition to acclimatize to the Central Asian issue.
A rest day added on January 26 to secure time for the energy sector to re-launch all power plants in Uzbekistan. The semi-finals will be held in two sessions on January 27. The finals of the first ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships will be held in two sessions on the 29th of January.
The ASBC Asian U22 Boxing Championships had three competition days in Tashkent on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th and the quarter-finals confirmed that all of 12 participating countries earned medals.
