The International Boxing Association (IBA) is deeply saddened by the tragic road accident in Nigeria that claimed the lives of Sina Ghami and Latif “Latz” Ayodele, two immensely respected professionals and cherished members of Olympic champion Anthony Joshua’s team.

Sina and Latz were far more than colleagues — they were pillars of Anthony Joshua’s journey, contributing tirelessly to his preparation, discipline, and success over many years. Their dedication to excellence and their impact on the sport of boxing will be remembered with great respect across the global boxing community.
