The International Boxing Association President Dr Ching Kuo-Wu visited a training center for the teams who will compete in the AIBA Women’s Junior & Youth World Boxing Championships Taipei 2015 which will take place from May 14 – 24. He was accompanied for this visit by the President of the Chinese Taipei Boxing Association Mr Wu-Nan Lee.

Dr Wu said: “I am very happy to see that the training center serves as a venue for many teams and I hope that it will become a center of boxing excellence in Taipei. It is by establishing centers like these that the development of women’s boxing can be further pushed and support to the future generation of boxing talent provided”.

The training center offers state of the art equipment and training opportunities for athletes and their coaches in order to give the maximum support to women boxers prior to the AIBA Women’s Junior & Youth World Boxing Championships Taipei 2015.
